If you aren't wearing a slinky black sequin BA-DOW dress for your engagement session, did it even really happen?! Props to Sara and Kirk for bringing lusty vibes to The Living Room at the Foshay in Minneapolis. All the heart eyes! Besides being smokin', these two are so down to earth and just comfortable to be around. Between kissy cuddly pics, I got to learn all about what makes them tick as individuals + a couple.

We started at the Living Room, since Manny's is where Kirk and Sara had dinner the day he popped the question - and even made it to the observation deck before beating the rain. I think this was on the first *actual* chilly day of the year, so big ups to these two for sticking it out for the shot. It was so fun doing a wardrobe change and heading over to a park for some lovey dovey shots, and even incorporated some of Sara's fun designed mugs (see more of her beautiful work here!) I love when couples are adventurous in wardrobe or location but can also dial it down to be comfy and relaxed - all in the same session. Cheers to you two lovebirds for trusting me to capture these memories - and I can't wait for your big day!
